Unilogic continues operations during the COVID-19 Stay-At-Home Order to offer our valuable services at this especially critical time.
To all of our esteemed clients, partners and friends,
As you are no doubt aware, on Friday, March 20, 2020, Governor J.B. Pritzker initiated a momentous “Stay at Home” order for the State of Illinois in the on-going efforts to combat COVID-19.
An important measure of the Governor’s order is the continuation of Essential Activities (Read more about this here) which include important infrastructure operations such as logistics, distribution centers, shipping and delivery services.
Let me assure you, as an essential service, our doors remain open and Unilogic remains committed to providing services that are important to our community at this time. We are proud of our team and equally proud to do our part in support of our clients, partners and fellow Illinoisans.
Like you, safety is our utmost concern. To support the efforts to bend the curve of the COVID-19 spread and to protect you and our employees, we have taken the following safety measures:
- Our office spaces have reduced the number of on-site team members to the absolute minimum while simultaneously implementing the principles of social distancing in the office space.
- We have implemented increased cleaning and disinfecting of common and high-touch areas of our offices and warehouses and team members are utilizing PPE (personal protective equipment) in their interactions with team members, clients, vendors and freight.
- Finally, our support staff has been prepared and authorized to support operations remotely from their homes, to continue to provide uninterrupted, unmatched service.
